Jjkt Package #4: Chiang Mai - Mae Sariang - Mae Hong Son - Pai - Chiang Mai Duration: 5 Night 6 Day
Day 1: Pick up from Chiang Mai Airport, transfer to hotel. Visit handicrafts factories in Sankampaeng Village. Visit Doi Suthep temple, the most sacred royal temple in the north of Thailand, on top of a mountain, 1,053 meters above sea level. In the evening, enjoy typical northern foods at Khantoke Dinner while watching the graceful dancers and Hill Tribes show.
Day 2: After breakfast, leave Chiang Mai to visit Wat Phra That Si Chom Tong temple, a gold metallic plated temple and the most reputed in the north for teaching meditation. Visit a demonstration of traditional silk weaving, then the national park Oob Luang where you can see the Grand Canyon of Thailand and a diversity of flowers and trees. Lunch at a local restaurant. Visit temples in Mae Sariang district. Return to hotel.
Day 3: After breakfast, leave from Mae Sa Riang for Khun Yuam to see the Second World War Museum with Japanese artifacts. Head to Mae Hong Son for lunch at a local restaurant. Continue to see Wat Doi Kong Mu, Wat Jong Kham and Jong Klang temples with Burmese influence. Return to hotel.
Day 4: After breakfast, ride elephant, then take boat to Long Neck Karen village. Lunch at local restaurant. Visit fish cave and view the scenery on the way to Pai. Return to hotel.
Day 5: Breakfast at hotel. Head to Chiang Mai to visit orchid farm. Lunch at local restaurant. Check in to hotel in Chiang Mai.
Day 6: After breakfast, transfer to Chiang Mai Airport for flight to Bangkok. End the tour with happiness.
